Compliance with the law and adherence to certain standards of conduct are of utmost importance to us and there can be no compromises. It is our vision as a company to achieve commercial success in harmony with high social, corporate and environmental standards, which is reflected not only in our sustainability strategy, but also in our codes of conduct.

Our codes of conduct are a summary of important legal regulations, internal company policies and key standards of conduct and show what behaviour we expect in our day-to-day business.
If they have any questions or comments regarding our codes of conduct, our employees can contact the company's Chief Compliance Officer. In addition, third parties such as customers and business partners can report suspected non-compliance via our whistleblower system which can be found here.

Key policy statement pursuant to section 6 (2) of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)
With this policy statement we meet the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), which came into force on 1 January, 2023. It documents the expectations we have of our employees and our suppliers with regard to human rights and the environment. We view compliance with the expected behaviours set out therein as an essential part of our internal and external interactions that will help us to secure the long-term success of our businesss.
